Swallow Proofing

I have been having a yearly swallow problem with my home. Every year they would nest under my roof hanging and I accepted it until finally I called a pest control company that put this ugly looking wire to prevent the birds from nesting. Although it worked I couldn’t take the ugly sight. So I did some searching on the internet and found your site that had a whole section on my problem! I called right away and the product they used looks a lot nicer than the wires--I couldn’t even tell what they did until they pointed it out. Abolish was professional and helpful. I recommended them to all my neighbors who kept asking me why they have swallows on their house but not my house. THANK YOU!

Dead Animal Removal

On January 31, 2006 around 10:30 am I began searching the internet for a pest control company that provide services for "dead" animal removal. The second call that I placed was to Abolish Pest Control. I was immediately transferred to Randy and explained my situation to him. Randy perceived that I was experiencing a very distasteful and uncomfortable situation. Breathing and inhaling the fumes of an expired animal underneath my office was not healthy. Randy told me that if I could provide detailed information regarding my location, organization's name, contact information, and a brief explanation of the problem via fax within the next 30 minutes that he could have a crew onsite to analyze the situation within two (2) hours. The Abolish Pest Control crew arrived before 1:30 pm (same-day service), removed the dead animal, treated the infested area, and charged a very reasonable fee. The crew was very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. When I came into my office this morning, the odor of the corpsed animal was no longer a factor. I would recommend this company to any company. In addition, I have asked our Facilities Director to establish an annual maintenance contract with Abolish Pest Control. Thank you for reminding all of us how valuable CUSTOMER SERVICE really is!

Rat Infestation

Dear Abolish,

I'm enclosing this note along with my payment to give a special pat on the back to your man, Trevor.

He has been taking care of our account for more than a year now; always on time, always polite, always unobtrusive - basically exactly the kind of fellow you would want to help you keep your house and property clear of pests. Several weeks ago we noticed the pitter patter of little feet in or attic and knew the rats were back. We live in the country, around barns and horses, so we get a lot of those critters out.

I called Trevor, and over the course of two weeks he returned more than once - each time I reported to him that the rats were still around. It seemed as though our house meant as much to him as it does to us. He would not give up despite our large and labyrinth like attic. He was taking it personally; I would not want to be a rat around him. Well, to cut a long story short, he finally found a finger tip size hole in some rotted board on our house that must have been the rats way in and out. Trevor sealed it up, and the other day our rat friend ran out of food and went for the trap: Good for us, bad for the rat.

So thanks again for having a guy like Trevor on the staff. We've used a couple of companies before we found you, and it's a rare man like Trevor and his stick-to-it-ness that will keep us clients as long as there are pests to be abolished.

Rat Infestation

I would like to Thank Barry for his hard work. Not only did Stuart go down at 10 sharp...He discovered the little %$&* had nearly bitten through a main wire in my stove which was causing a short. Thanks to Barry and your great company, I have one less freeloader in my house...and a house standing without a potential fire hazard! I will refer your service to all!

We recently had an extreme problem with the pigeons, starlings and sparrows in our hangar building (150) up here in Palmdale. The hangar doors had design faults in them that allowed the birds to enter at will and basically live in and around the building. Maintenance Engineering contracted with a company called "ABOLISH PEST CONTROL" located in Simi Valley and they solved all of our bird problems including the bird dropping clean-up task. First, they went to work capturing most of the pigeons that were living inside the building. Then, they designed barriers specifically for the doors that will keep the birds out from now on. These barriers block even the small birds like sparrows and starlings. Next, they applied a solution called "no-roost" in the areas outside the building to keep the messy birds from landing where they might do some damage. Finally, they cleaned up the areas inside of the building that had been a custodial nightmare for many years.

In summary, this company really solved some major problems for us and we would like to share our experiences with any of you that might have similar problems. The company is bonded and very reputable. They take care of all types of pests besides just the birds. Pigeon Problem

I had a horrible pigeon problem with 20+ pigeons. I found Abolish Pest Control surfing the web, called one company---still waiting for a return phone call the I called Abolish Pest Control spoke to Randy and he dispatched three technicians, Chad, Trevor and Dave the following day. These three guys we fantastic!!!!!! You could not ask for anybody better to do a SURPURB job with the removal of these birds. When it comes to customer service everyone at the company fully understands the importance of service. I could not be any happier with a job well done.
